Virginia Bluefield Councilman Aaron Saunders Dies at 53

Aaron L. Saunders Sr., 53, longtime Bluefield Va councilman and former vice mayor, died of an apparent heart attack Monday at his Bluefield home. Saunders, a Graham High School teacher and former football coach, was named vice mayor in 1982 and had been active in student government events. Funeral arrangements are pending at Richardson Funeral Home.
