Magistrate Court Hears Diverse Cases In two counties
Thursday proceedings before Chief Magistrate Ernest Six included Edwin F. Smith Charleston charged with driving while intoxicated and no operator's license, released on 150 dollar bond. Randy Hatcher Princeton arraigned on battery, bond 100. Danny Blankenship Princeton arraigned on petty larceny, no license and improper registration, held on 200 and 100 bonds. Multiple witnesses, warrants, and dismissals noted across McDowell and surrounding jurisdictions with several persons later failing to appear and bonds forfeited.
