Neuman given life in student's death

Mercer County Circuit Judge John R. Frazier sentenced 26 year old Stewart Neuman to life in prison for the November 16 1985 murder of Concord College student David A Reid. Neuman claimed innocence and a motion for psychiatric testing was denied. He was ordered held in the Mercer County jail awaiting transfer to the state penitentiary at Moundsville.
