Bluefield High stages Li'l Abner musical
Bluefield High School presented Li'l Abner in May with about 50 students and a few graduates. Jamie Baldwin, choral director, said three months of rehearsals produced three performances. Despite lower early turnout, final shows drew more crowds as word spread. A second musical is planned next year, possibly The Wizard of Oz, with a new one semester production class.
