Written comments or requests for an informal conference on the surface mining application must be sent to the DEP Permit Supervisor by July 28, 2018, or 30 days after final publication. The application will be available for review until July 28, 2019 at the DEP Regional Office and McDowell County Clerk during normal business hours.
