Princeton Man Pleads Guilty to Third-Degree Sexual Assault
Eric Gregory Foster, 38, of Princeton Bluefield, pleaded guilty in Mercer County Circuit Court to one count of third-degree sexual assault after being tentatively accepted by Judge Mark Wills. Prosecutors allege he had sex with a 15 year old girl at his home, using electronic contact to lure the minor and possessing videos of the acts. The plea follows Foster’s arrest by Princeton Police Detective Lt. E T Pugh and includes multiple charged counts pending a pre sentence report.
