Last call for Lt Wayne Shrader at final station
Funeral rites marked a somber ceremony as East River Volunteer Fire Fighters and Mercer County responders honored Lt Wayne Shrader. A fire engine bore his flag draped casket with wreath, met by bagpipe music and an honor guard. Shrader served with Princeton Rescue Squad and Mercer County E 911, ending a career in which he was a trainer and former Bluefield Rescue Officer. The procession moved to Roselawn Cemetery after services.
