Princeton Court Hears Plaintiff Evidence in $10,000 Suit
In Circuit Court yesterday the plaintiff Faye Ella Faw seeks $10,000 for the death of her husband William Harrison Faw after an Appalachian Electric Power Co truck collision in Bluefield last February. The case names Norfolk & Western Railway and William D. Lineberry as defendants and a motion to strike the evidence was heard. Court recessed to continue today. jurors excused until Thursday. Area Women Hurt In Bus Crash In Boone County
Three sisters from the area were among the injured when a Greyhound bus skid on icy Route 119 in Boone County and crashed into a hillside.
