Bond Issue Tentatively Okayed For Apartment Complex Units
The Development Authority of Mercer County policy committee tentatively approved a $1 million commercial and industrial revenue bond for Chanticleer apartment expansion in Princeton. The plan adds 24 to 26 units with four set aside for low income tenants, with construction expected to last nine to ten months beginning January 1982 and employing about 30 workers. The proposal now goes to the Mercer County Commission for final approval.
