A U S Health and Human Services report urged by President Reagan proposes to limit Medicare deductibles and co payments for hospital stays to the first two visits, while leaving Part B costs unchanged. It suggests a $4.92 monthly Part B premium for eligible beneficiaries and notes most seniors already enroll in Part B.
