Three South Africans among Kabul attack victims
Police say a death by own action attack on the Kabul office of a foreign aid group killed a South African leader, his son and daughter, and an Afghan worker, with the Taliban militants also causing casualties. The Kabul police chief resigned amid the surge of attacks as Ghani signed security pacts to keep about 12 000 foreign troops in 2015.
