69 Year Old Farmer Faces Life Sentence
Ripley West Virginia August 26 James Cunningham a 69 year old farmer faced trial for the murder of neighbor Thomas Cobb aged 47 several months ago. A jury convicted him but recommended mercy. They had been building a fence between their farms on Joes Run and operated on shares. Cunningham claimed Cobb charged with an axe and he fired with a shotgun.

Bear hunt ends as escaped Himalayan bear captured in Bronx Park
