74 year old John Yarema lives in Pyatnitskaya Ukraine after being among 39 Americans and ethnic Ukrainians, Russians, and Belarussians listed as disappeared in the former Soviet Union following World War II. Bluefield merchants report escalating neighborhood loitering at Bland and Preston streets, with 27 person disturbance and vehicle damage near Eldridge Street. Merchants cite loss of customers, trash, and harassment of pedestrians and funeral home visitors, amid rising juvenile gatherings and lack of parental supervision.
