Also reported is the death of George Rice four miles west of Moweaqua after a long illness and the sudden death of Mrs. Blosser three miles west of Moweaqua, with Masons in charge of Mr. Rice’s funeral.

Guests attended as a cousin served as best man and Miss Nellie Wetzel supported the bride. reception followed with an elaborate banquet and decorations. The couple plan to start housekeeping seven miles southeast of Stonington while local civic groups announced officers for Joseph Miller Post No 17 F A of A for the coming year.

Ott Markwell moves his family to Bement to engage in the dairy business. CANCELLED HIS OBLIGATIONS. H H Caldwell paid the local law officer call and defended past public statements. He claims innocence on some charges but cannot prove them now. The paper reflects on its prior statements and wishes Caldwell well.
