Leading Democrats from across the state confer with William J. Bryan during his Indianapolis stay. Z. P. East of Jefferson township is named as a district representative. The plan envisions a precinct by precinct union to push for the best legislation for state and nation.
During his term Sheriff W O Jackson has ferried fifty six patients to Woodmere Hospital for the insane in Evansville. One patient, Mrs Pearle Haywood Shouse, has been taken twice, bringing the total to fifty seven visits in under four years.
The Jasonville high school team defeated Bloomfield 26 to 0 Saturday, leaving Bloomfield scoreless as Jasonville marched the ball to pay dirt. The write up notes the ball handling and goal crossing by the Jasonville players.
