Distressing Halloween Shooting Wounds Local Youth

On Halloween night Guy H. Humphreys shot Max Kidd in his home after Kidd entered the unlocked door seeking burglary. Kidd, a son of County Auditor Geo E Kidd, was wounded with two bullets and remained under care at Dr Cravens office. Luther Ramsey is charged as an accessory in the case and burglary waves through Bloomfield as youths form rival gangs.
