Mrs. O. M. Heldt twenty seven wife of a C and E I agent of Decker is severely burned after gasoline in a bucket near an iron exploded on Friday morning. She ran to the yard as flames spread. a passerby and neighbors aided her. Doctors fear she may not recover. She is formerly Miss Clara Abrams, daughter of John Abrams living east of Bloomfield.
The fall installment of the brick street intersection assessment plus all other street and sewer taxes are due and must be paid on or before next Monday.
Worthington's Rev. I. Baker will preach at Furnace Christian church Saturday night and both Sunday sessions including Sunday night. He is scheduled to speak at the Furnace church over the weekend.
