Campbell Perrin daughter Calla Perrin wed Roy L Campbell of Palestine Illinois in a Wednesday afternoon ceremony at 4 o clock held at the Christian church with Rev Merrit Owen officiating. Witnesses included Miss Lissie Eaton Miss Fay Slinkard and Miss Cecil Chaney as intimate friends. Reception followed at the bridal party was entertained at the home of the officiant.

In the largest crowd of the season Bloomfield defeated Martinsville 4 to 1. Tom Dugger led with a homer and three hits while Horning allowed three hits and one run over nine innings. Attendance was 400. next Sunday Bloomfield travels to Bloomington to face the Huff Specials.

Bloomfield Mourns Robert Eveleigh Pioneer Pharmacist dies
Robert Eveleigh, Bloomfield native and longtime pharmacist and public servant, died Monday at 1:30 pm from heart disease after weeks of illness. Born August 20 1848, he led in politics and community service, serving as postmaster, township trustee, and elder in the Presbyterian church. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 3 pm at the family home with Masonic rites and interment in Grandview cemetery. Survivors include his son Carl Eveleigh of Indianapolis and sister Mrs Ann Greeves of Bloomington.
