Dyar Indicted for First Degree Murder in Farmers Station
A Spencer grand jury returned an indictment against Henry Dyar for first degree murder in the April 16 killing of Fern Bramit at Farmers Station. Dyar shot Bramit after a funeral journey from Indianapolis and then tried to shoot himself. He is jailed in Spencer awaiting trial on June 22.

Julia Forbes James died Friday afternoon before 3 o clock while being taken to the city hospital. She was daughter of Mr and Mrs Al Forbes and granddaughter of the late Dr Lowder of this place.
