Witnesses at resumed government suit against the powder trust describe efforts to crush the Chattanooga Powder Co by selling Dupont powder through a price system. A large crowd gathered at First Presbyterian Church for funeral services honoring John Miller. A private residence service preceded the church rites, with a long list of relatives and associates attending, including A. B. Miller, H. S. Chaffee, Geo. Winship, G. B. Roundswe, and Waller Lee. The procession then left by Omaha road for Drsden, New York, for interment. Mrs Miller and Adelaide B. Papier accompanied the family.
