Harry Miller stole a buggy and a trotting horse from C. H. Dillon’s Dillon barn during the night of September 9. He drove 125 miles before halting and was tracked via Blacktail creek Red Rock Henry’s Lake and the National Park to Strickland’s ranch on the Upper Yellowstone where he was captured Monday.

Proceedings filed in the supreme court at Helene seek to compel State Treasurer Wright to surrender about 23000 dollars to Peer Koch treasurer of the state Agricultural College executive board at Bozeman. The action is friendly to remove the custodian and secure the funds for college support.
J W Dunham a well known resident of Larouchout died Tuesday at his home near White Sulphur Springs. He was a genial man and leaves many friends to mourn his loss.
