A whirlpool incident at Sweet Grass High School left junior Ed Gust trapped underwater for minutes before classmates and staff revived him. The faulty motor caused a ground short, prompting removal of the whirlpool and deactivation of the unit. Gust returned to classes the following Tuesday fully recovered.
