Harold Belden a well known Billings Great Western Sugar employee died after his coupe collided with a car driven by Earl Gline at the Fourth Street West and Lewis Avenue intersection. Belden died at St Vincent's Hospital shortly before 2 pm. County Attorney Dillavou planned to seek a coroner's inquest. Cline said he saw no one before the collision and blamed glare for limited visibility.

Samuel Dahl, 37, was found dead at his ranch south of Alhambra with a rifle nearby. Ill health for five years. Born in Sweden, he came to the U S in 1912 and Montana in 1914. Survived by widow, three sons, a daughter, mother, a brother and sister in Sweden, and siblings in Duluth. Burial and funeral plans pending.
