American Wife Abused by Rebel Band in Nicaragua
Report reaches here of a rebel raid on the River Coco region near the east coast where Miller’s plantation was attacked while he was away. Mrs Miller was assaulted, valuables seized, and the plantation wrecked as rebels roamed villages taking merchandise cattle and boats from local merchants and river craft. The attack follows rebel incursions at Sang Sang as they sought to hinder marine forces and search for intelligence.

Racing Autos Crash Into Moving Engine
