Applications for grazing 13 000 cattle and horses and 12 000 sheep in the Absarokee division of Yellowstore Forest Reserve will be received until April 1 1906. Sheep range limited to Hellroaring and Buffalo Fork Creeks with routes via main and West Boulder Divide or south of Mill Creek. The device uses steel wire brushes pressed against moving sheep to inject medicine through the wool and skin, aiming to kill ticks and scabies without dipping vats, potentially reducing costs and sheep deaths.

Eight Head of Horses Die From Overfeeding in Montana
