Teacher Fined For Take Off Shirt During Garage Paint
Selena Mary Smith, a 56 year old teacher from a suburban area near Binghampton, paid a $10 fine after pleading guilty to a disorderly conduct offense for removing her shirt while painting a garage window on a hot day. Authorities said she was not wearing anything under the shirt.
