Absarokee Montana June 12 Enoc Sandsmark about 63 was found dead in a rear room of his business, Enoc's Place, at 730 am Friday by employee Don Flagstad Coroner O R McColley said Sandsmark apparently shot himself through the forehead with a 32 caliber pistol found near the body No inquest will be held Flagstad said Sandsmark had been despondent over poor health He came here about ten years ago from Norway and left no known relatives in the United States

Dead Pilot Called Hero in Accident
Army pilots at Millsfield hailed Second Lieut. James H. Mitchell of Cleveland Ohio as a hero today. Mitchell deliberately crashed his fighter plane yesterday to avoid hitting 200 men in a hangar. The plane struck the hangar killing Mitchell and an enlisted man on the ground and starting a fire. The enlisted man was Private Leverett B. Thomas of Burley Idaho.

Washington June 15 Eastern motorists who exhausted gasoline quotas for pleasure driving must park their cars for 30 days unless they prove need for fuel to run business.
