Girl Scout Day Camp Draws 33 Campers at Fairgrounds
The Girl Scout Day Camp ran July 12–16 at the Fairgrounds with 33 campers, leaders, helpers, and visitors. Camp staff included Mrs Pudwill, Mrs McMurchy, Mrs Findley, Mrs Burmeister, and Mrs Sell, with Kim Sell and others assisting. In Livingston the Redlegs lost 16 3 then won 9 4 as 17 walks aided Cubs’ edge in game one. Jim Graham limited the Cubs to two hits in game two while Ron Stief led Redlegs with four on base and three runs. The Redlegs later beat the Livingston Indians 5 2 behind strong pitching and hitting.

Class of ’51 Reunion Draws Dozens With Plans For Next
