Fire broke out between three and four this morning at the Severance Mercantile Co. store in Oda destroying building and contents. The warehouse and bulk of stock were saved. Loss about 8000 dollars covered by insurance. Origin of the fire remains a mystery.
The Irish section led by Redmond Harrington and Kenny issues a plea in America urging aid to the Irish movement amid Home Rule debates. J T Rearden was found guilty of attempting to commit murder in Livingston district court.
