Redlegs Beat Cubs In High Scoring Legion Game
The American Legion Redlegs defeated the Livingston Cubs 18 to 16 in a high scoring affair. Pitcher Jim Graham earned the win as Martin Flanagan made a leaping seventh inning catch ending a Cubs rally and starting a double play. Redlegs collected 10 hits led by Mike Hentorn Clyde Chapel and Jim Grasham with long doubles.
