Men Sentenced on Burglary Counts at Big Timber
Two men charged in the fall burglary of Cole Drug Store faced sentencing in Big Timber. Randy Forest pleaded guilty on December 16 to burglary and received a five year term with one year suspended and 64 days credited. Russell Edward Fields also got five years with 64 days credit and one year suspended. Both men paid 64 days credit and were sent to the Montana State Prison.
