SGHS Trustees Approve Ski Club Bus Trip Plan

Unusual honor to Carl Mysse in Big Timber
Carl Mysse a 96 year old Big Timber resident received a check from Northwestern National Life Insurance Company for outliving his policy Lloyd Black a Livingston representative presented the check Mysse bought the policy on December 15 1919 He arrived in the United States in 1899 at age 18 and worked on a Swamp Creek ranch before homesteading 160 acres near Reedpoint later expanding to 1300 acres He and his wife Randi 67 years have eight children and live in Big Timber He quipped that his long life came from never smoking drinking or chewing like most Norwegians.
