A nearly 500 guest crowd attended the dedication at the ranch home of Mr. and Mrs. Lorillard Spenser. A five piece orchestra played into the morning as guests danced and enjoyed doughnuts and coffee. The modern T shaped barn, costing about 12000, features a 33 by 64 foot stem, cross section 36 by 72, 38 foot peak, asphalt and board flooring, galvanized iron roof, and a 100 ton haymow. It houses stalls for horses and cattle, grain storage, and electric lighting. Brendsel was contractor. the Spencers plan polo ponies and grain harvest is already stored.
