Kendrick and Party Headed to Rodeo Days in Big Piney

Hon. John B. Kendrick candidate for Wyoming governor and Fred L. Thompson candidate for state treasurer will attend Rodeo Days in Big Piney escorted by P. J. Quealy of Kemmerer. The group will be hosted by T. D. O’Neil county board chair. Evening meetings aim to introduce the visitors to the public.

Cottonwood Land and Live Stock sells cattle and hay

The Cottonwood Land and Live Stock company disposes of all cattle and hay in a sale totaling over 40 000 dollars. T D O Neil buys 600 head of cattle and 800 to 900 tons of hay. Pasture use extends to April first and cattle will be turned over at the railroad after roundup while the stock is fed at the ranch for winter. The ranch buildings remain for horse care and rumors say manager Carlin plans restocking next year with 2000 head of cattle.

Death of Mrs. Mary Heseer in Springfield

Telegram from Hellinghan Washington reports the death of Mrs. Mary Penser Heseer in that city. She lived a long useful life, leaving four married daughters and a son. Her husband died several years ago. She was active and beloved in the Lincoln community and made Springfield her home for many years. Burial plans to be announced in spring.

Father Lynch Visits Big Piney

Father Lynch arrived from Kemmerer in a bold roadster and on Tuesday evening celebrated Mass at the hope of Mr. Jesse Rudd. Twenty seven Catholics attended. The article notes contemplation of building structures and mentions substantial hole repairs.
