Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus to perform in Kemmerer concert
The Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus, a 25 member European professional choir, will perform at Kemmerer High School Auditorium on March 30 as part of the Southwest Wyoming Community Concert Association tour including Evanston Big Piney Randolph Lyman and Kemmerer. They present folk tunes on the bandura with traditional costumes and a mix of historical, religious, love and festive songs.

Diamond Jubilee Feature at Sublette County Fair
Sublette County Fair runs September 11 12 with a Diamond Jubilee theme. Over 200 needlework entries and many culinary arts crafts arts and floral classes, plus junior divisions and special divisions for 4 H and FFA. Exhibits judged Saturday with displays to follow, must remain until 3 PM Sunday.

Brouse Baby Died in Big Piney Home
Four month old son of Mr and Mrs Bill Brouse died Tuesday morning at their Big Piney home. Funeral services held Wednesday Sept 1, 1965, at La Barge Episcopal Church with Rev Calvin Elliott conducting and burial in Big Piney cemetery.

LaBarge man injured in Kemmerer Creek accident
Jim Kimmell of LaBarge was riding with Neil Lunde when a horse went under a tree. A limb struck him, he was knocked unconscious, later revived, rode to his pickup, and was diagnosed with a broken shoulder and ribs along with possible further injuries at Kemmerer Hospital after the afternoon rescue.

Funeral Rites Held Today For Sadie Osterhout
Sadie Budd Osterhout a pioneer ranch woman of Big Piney Wyoming died Aug. 30 1965 in Salt Lake City at age 93. She helped run the family ranch with her husband Algeroy Osterhout and served as a charter member of the Big Piney Eastern Star chapter. Funeral services were held today with burial in Mt. Glen Cemetery Salt Lake City next to her husband.

Youth Hurt In Fall From Hay Truck Incident
John Henneke sustained injuries Monday after falling from a baled hay truck at the Johnson Mace on North Cottonwood. He could not walk and was transported to town by Spencer Nichols, treated by Dr. Burgoon, and sent home to convalesce.
