State names new highway positions
The Wyoming Highway Commission approved the recommendation to appoint William G Ainsley as Assistant State Highway Engineer effective September 1. Ainsley’s promotion fills the vacancy created by earlier shifts as R G Strapp and W E Sutton moved to Superintendent and Deputy State Highway Engineer respectively last March. Joseph J Evans becomes State Design Engineer, Melvin Webb becomes Construction Engineer, and no plan to fill the Coordinating Engineer post is announced.
