Two men picked up for butchering beef near Big Piney
Two men from Labarge were run down and apprehended between here and Labarge early in the week for slaughtering a beef west of Big Piney. Sheriff Morris Horton of Sublette County and Sheriff Ellsworth of Lincoln County led the arrest. Mr and Mrs Fred Guthrie of Oregon visited here during the week. Mr and Mrs Arthur Homer and Mr and Mrs Irwin Covey of Salt Lake City attended the LDS church dedication on Sunday. Cal Ward had surgery at Holy Cross Hospital in Salt Lake City this week.
