Rancher deal and land notice in Wyoming District
A deal closed this week where Mrs. Mary Booker sold her Cottonwood ranch to F A Lloyd. Notice from the Department of the Interior U S Land Office Evanston Wyoming dated September 24 1926 states Raymond H Marx of LaBarge Wyoming seeks final three year proof to establish a homestead claim on land in Township 26 North Range 112 West. The hearing is set for November 8 1926 before the U S Commissioner at Big Piney with witnesses J Warx W C Marx Herman Shingel and Fred Bailey of Lakage Wyom ing. Publication dates September 30 to November 4 1926.
