John Stevens Dies After Lobar Pneumonia Illness
John Stevens aged 47, a Big Piney resident and longtime Midwest Oil and Burney and Company employee, died Sunday morning after a period of illness following influenza. He was born July 30, 1903 in Boulder Wyoming and survived by his widow Martha and five sons, with funeral services conducted by Rev. Raymond C. Knapp at Community Hall in Kemmerer.
