A description of cattle and horses marks and ear tags is noted between South Beaver and Fall River basin near Postoffice Halfway Wyoming. The left rib area of cattle is noted, with a half undercrop left ear and a tight ear tag.
Cattle left ribs and thigh and horses left thigh. Earmarks include overbit and underbit on the right, crop and two splits on the left. A wattle is noted on the left side of the nose. Range extends from South Piney to Beaver. Post office listed as Mason Wyoming.
Range from Big Piney to Fall River basin describes cattle with an ear mark lazy 7 in the right ear and a post of felling or posting location.
For sale at a sacrifice seven room house on two lots with soft water well barn and garage. For particulars inquire at the Examiner office. Also a notice of the Green River Valley Good Roads association meeting on Saturday May 5 at 8 o clock at the town hall Big Piney. The Mason Mites club met Thursday April 26 with Mr and Mrs Chet Chrisman hosting about 35 guests including children. After dinner ladies enjoyed music conversation and handiwork while a bunk house game ended before dark. Next meeting planned with Mr and Mrs Jos McClintock. Nearby, the Moffatt family moved to a new home on the Fredell ranch and the Lewis family plans to stay on their ranch as they move from Iowa.
Walter and Jessie Bird of Midway visited the Howard Holden ranch for several days. Clara Bird of Midway stays at Fontenelle for two weeks while Fontenelle School opened April 23 with Miss Lucy Ritz teaching. Sheepmen prepare for spring shearing and residents plan joy rides as spring arrives. Other notes report cattle dehorning by Justin Pomeroy and a loss of cattle for Chas Olson en route to Opal. Mrs. Frank Pomeroy has been ill.
Rev Fr Reader will preach the Baccalaureate sermon to High School graduates Sunday evening May 13 at 8 o'clock. Decorations will be purple and gold as class colors. Everyone is earnestly invited to attend.

The Grammer and High schools rehearse Baccalaureate songs while seniors miss. The High School celebrates fifteen perfect days though Margaret Tippet and Marie Atwood were absent. Eighth graders prepare for county exams and Commencement.
The Junior Guild met at Doris MacGlashan home and finish the prior work while planning aprons for Lara mie's children. A large Ladies Guild gathering is set for Mrs. Everett Smith’s home Thursday. Local folks return from travels, new home plans, and reports on theatre and charity events fill the week. Notable items include the National Order of Cowboy Rangers dance May 1, a reading of The Terrible Meek at the Episcopal Church, and regional social updates.
