The Big Piney town council in Lincoln County Wyoming in a meeting on April 8 1917 ordered printing a proclamation announcing a municipal election on May 8 1917. Voters will elect one mayor for one year replacing L D Tanner and two councilmen for two years replacing F D Chapel and D B Budd.
