Judy Burnett, a 14 year old Easter Seal honor youth from Medicine Bow Wyoming, toured the Capitol with Governor Hansen and Cheyenne officials after being named 1964 Easter Seal Irone. She has polio and uses leg braces and crutches while speaking of meeting many supportive people and attending a kick off banquet.

The 1961 Highway Users Imstmt Revenue report shows a 3.30 percent rise from January 1963. Deposits total 907 877.91 into the State Highway Fund with Diesel 199 896.85 Gasoline Tax 389 355.68 Motor Vehicle Registration Fees 5 867.22 and Compensatory Fees 432 758.16. Meter vehicle collections rise 104 percent to 797 043.36 from 722 245.79. Mileage tax grows 25.1 percent to 947.50 this month. Motor fuel consumption up 122 percent to 13 142 930 gallons. diesel and other fuels up 2.6 percent with 1998 526 gallons used this January.
