The Big Piney School District No 9 invites bids for delivering 80 000 gallons of regular diesel fuel No 3 with Sinclair specs for the 1967 68 school year to Big Piney High and Junior High. Bids may be rejected. opening set for June 14 1967.
The Republican County Central Committee will hold a meeting Friday June 9 1967 at 8 00 pm at the Court House in Pnedak. All interested people are urged to attend.
The Big Piney Cemetery District held a meeting at 8 00 p m with President C R O Ney and Vice President Guy M Carr present along with two board members. Absent were Treasurer Mildred M Miller and Secretary James H Luce. Moffat was to be employed part time at 250 per hour and may hire help at 2 per hour. Action on water system was delayed until end of growing season. The board discussed locating lots during winter and moving the flag pole to align with plots. Donations to the district will stop. gifts should go to family. A new lawn mower and attachments were approved, and bills totaling 721 were paid. The meeting adjourned.
