4-H Camp Set for Tri County Members in Alpine

Sublette Sweetwater and Teton 4-H youths will attend a four day camp June 12 to 15 at Alpine. Camp runs 2:00 PM Monday to 2:00 PM Thursday with activities including riflery instruction crafts recreation indoor and outdoor games tournaments stunts parties and movies. Each club must provide its own chaperones and transport. For questions contact Extension Agents Gene Inloes or Stella McKinstry or their 4-H leaders. An open installation of the International Order of Job's Daughters Bethel No 47 is scheduled June 19 at 7:30 PM at the Masonic Hall with public invitation.

SuzAnn Chrisman Named Big Piney Girls State Delegate

SuzAnn Chrisman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chrisman, will represent Big Piney High School at the 1967 Gas State Girls State in Laramie June 11 to 17. She earned the honor for leadership, character, scholarship, and fitness, and is a National Honor Society member active in Future Teachers of America, Conservation Club, band, choir and cheerleading, among others.

Masonic Annual Dance A High Night Of Fun

The Masonic annual dance on May 27 at the Community Hall drew a large crowd with over one hundred attendees. Music by OWeil & Wasieh of Kemmerer, free refreshments from Pete Snively's bar, and a pre dance cocktail party hosted by Gordon Mickeleons and Ren Guios contributed to a festive evening. LeRoy Bad Lewis departed for Tennessee to begin his six week work stint toward a Master’s degree, with family staying behind. Mr and Mrs Mike Virostko planned a trip to Mississippi to visit relatives.

Farm Bureau Queen Contest Set for June 30 in Sublette County

The annual Farm Bureau Queen Contest will be held in Sublette County on June 30. Eligibility requires a daughter or sister of a Farm Bureau member aged 16 to 20 and single. Contestants present a two minute talk on Farm Bureau or a topic of choice, judged on poise health beauty charm and personality plus public speaking. Delta Tau Delta Alumni to Meet in Jackson July 15 16 1967

R D Rinehart secretary of the Wyoming Alumni Organization of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity announces a gathering in Tetor Village Jackson Wyoming on July 15 and 16 1967. Forester Teubner Transferred To Green River Ranger District

Forester Stuart W Teubner is transferred to the Green River Ranger District in Pinedale Wyoming to supervise recreation training and timber sales on the Bridger Wilderness area He and his wife move to Pinedale effective May 21 1967 and bring experience from Big Piney and the University of Maine The transfer is announced by Ranger Rodman W N Barker and involves marking public lands adjacent to the Green and New Fork rivers by a cooperative agreement with the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission and the Bureau of Land Management
