Notice of Final Settlement for Wyoming Highway Work
The State Highway Commission of Wyoming accepts as completed the contract dated November 9, 1938 for Highway Project No FAS 311 1939. Work included grading, timber bridge, base course surfacing, and related tasks on 4469 miles of the LaBarge Carpet Road in Lincoln and Sublette Counties. The contractor A H Road is entitled to payment, with the final settlement to be disbursed on August 7, 1939. Signed by Frank Kulso, Superintendent.
