U S Department of Agriculture plan 7139 offers a 1492 square foot living area and basement, plus 400 square feet for carport and storage. Game management personnel from eleven western states will meet January 27 28 in Jackson for a round table and two day workshop on elk management in the Rocky Mountain Area Wyoming Game and Fish Department hosts with Wiliam Crump Lander biologist chairing. Topics include elk harvests seasons trapping marking and population dynamics with a goal to maintain western elk herds. Representatives from Wyoming Colorado Utah Montana Idaho Oregon Washington California Arizona New Mexico and Nevada will attend. Wyoming boat owners must apply by April 1 to keep their boat name for 1964.
Sublette County Homemakers and County 4-H Council launch a fundraising drive to equip the Big Piney county fair building with seating for 200. Contributions from the Homemakers Council and the County Farm Bureau total 450 dollars. Helen Evans chairs 4-H committee. Mrs. Joe Morgan chairs Homemakers.
The Board of Trustees of School District No. 9 Sublette County Wyoming invites sealed bids for 1060000 in general obligation bonds dated March 11 1964 with five maturities from 1965 to 1969. Bonds bear up to 3.25 percent interest payable semiannually at the Sublette County Treasurer in Pine Dale. Bids must be unconditional with a 2000 good faith deposit. sale subject to district right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. Bond counsel from Dawson Nagel Sherman Howard will provide opinion.
