Pioneer Employee Struck by Lightning in Wyoming
Wm Powell, known as Indian Bill, sustained severe burns after a lightning strike while seated at a mowing machine lever. Powell has worked for Abner Luman for over thirty years and is under care by Dr. Hook. The incident followed a trip by K J Luman from the Luman ranch with Wm Powell receiving treatment for the injuries.

Daniel fish hatchery chosen for Forty Rod site
The Examiner reports Green River Valley residents that the Daniel fish hatchery site has been selected and will be in operation within months. Fish Commissioner Lenihan, with W. H. McDonald, surveyed the land and set building, pipe, and drainage lines. The hatchery will be built on the Fred Pape place at Forty Rod.

A Pinedale report says the daughter of Mr and Mrs Brosman wandered Saturday night and was found Monday. The wide search involved much of the country and the girl was recovered unharmed.
