Department of the Interior notices Victor J. Facinelli of Rock Springs, Wyoming, who filed Desert Land Entry No. 04189 in 1914 for parts of sections 21 and 28, seeks final proof on August 26, 1918, before Ivan Jones in Kemmerer. Co-claimants listed include Alex Bertagnolli and N. C. Walters. Public notice dated July 8, 1918.
States Land Office in Evanston Wyoming publishes notice that Catherine Facinelli of Rock Springs filed for final proof on Desert Land Entry No. 04140 for SYNEW in Section 28 and SMNWY in Section 27, Township 26 North, Range 114 West. Final proof before Ivan Jonas at Kemmerer on August 26, 1918. Attending witnesses include Ale J. Walters of LaBarge and A Facinelli of Rock Springs.
