Miss Esther Ashdown Injured After Mountain Trail Accident
Miss Esther Ashdown broke her left leg above the knee and suffered head and side bruises when a pack horse tangled between trees on a narrow timber trail on the South Piney creek route. She rode nine miles to reach Correll creek station before being taken by car and stretcher to a hospital in Afton for treatment. Reverend C R Bailey left Monday for Reveree Massachusetts.

Sheriff Oakley disclosed details of a cattle theft ring tracing cattle brands from Opal Nebraska to Fossil Wyoming and Kemmerer Wyoming. Victims include Wm. Davidson Opal and Lincoln Livestock Co Kemmerer, with brands altered and shipped to Omaha. Suspects Mrs Annie Ritchie Chas King Phillip Hassup arrested. Davidson traveled to Omaha for identification.
