Funeral Rites for C. P. Fitzpatrick
Impressive funeral services were held at the Episcopal church for Claude P. Fitzpatrick with Rev. Warner McNeil officiating. Masonic rites were performed at the grave by Big Piney Lodge No. 47 A F and A M. Pallbearers included Irwin Covey Jack Mustgrove Olie Gregory Thaddeus Hoyt Tom Rigley and Fred Basone. Interment followed in the Big Piney cemetery.

Youth Growers Compete Nationwide for 6000 Prize
Wyoming youths take part in the 1946 Nation Emmer Vegetable Grower contest to help supply Massachusetts fresh vegetables this summer. The competition, with boys and girls from across the country, carries 6000 in national and local awards provided by A and P Food Stores. Scholarship winners will be announced at the association’s fiftieth annual convention in Boston December 5 6 and 7.
